My daughter has done mixed media entry level, photography level one and is completing her level 2 cake decorating. These courses have been accessible with her dyslexia as I can scribe for her, any questions we’ve had have been answered patiently and efficiently and my daughters confidence has grown with the skills she’s mastered in the process. They’re not just limited to disciplines of the course, she has explored lots of different software and has become more proficient at things such as canva and typing speed has improved. She has become better at planning and time management and organisation. These courses are fantastic for my learner as she can work at her own pace with no pressure of an end exam and we are very grateful to have the option of taking things in the future to a level three qualification when she’s ready. My son is half way through his NCFE (GCSE equivalent) in Cookery, having completed 6 workbooks including an end-of-term project where he and friends set up an impromptu cafe selling savoury and sweet courses, which went down a storm with passing customers. He is learning nutrition alongside the cookery skills - with freedom given so he can learn it away from the mainstream propaganda (with its promotion of sugar and grains). TT provides the template basis to steer us through, with great flexibility as well as good guidance. It is very reasonably priced, spread over time, to make it affordable. Well what can I say but amazing! My son became home educated due to burnout! If he had stayed in school he would have had zero chance of a qualification. He is doing amazing with these. They are so easy to work through, and feedback is fabulous. Working through booklets to complete the course. They can be filled in online and take pictures of them doing the tasks. They are so helpful too. Recommend.
